Im just about to purchase a new rod in the 7 or 8 wt, but I am not tottaly sure about which rod is best.
I am looking for a very fast rod that can throw big flies easily in a big a windy river.
Wich rod would you recommend?
The Sage z-axis or the redington ss??
Thanks in advance for any feed back.

If you can get a try on various rods and price is not a concern try the 8wt Sage TCR for wind and big river...once you get the feel for it the TCR does the job in wind
