Probably one of the simplest flies you could tie, but also one of the most effective going for darned near any 'moving water' fish you're chasing. Local variation on the theme is the "Otis Bug" done with 'New Age Chenille.' Lots of colours to choose from that vary the pattern from bright blue to black .. and every thing between.
