Hi fyshstykr,

I don't collect old equipment but I have rods and reels that I bought many years ago. I have one bamboo rod that my grandfather had when I was just a young boy. I don't think I have ever sold any fishing equipment that I have bought in my lifetime. I have never thought about buying some equipment just be cause it is an antique.
