Dan, the place is about 30 minutes from West Yellowstone,
That area is close to alot of water, the Madison, The Henry's Fork, Cliff and Wade lakes are beautiful, Hidden lake and Elk Lakes are just over the Mountain to the west, not to mention Henry's lake which is less than 10 miles away and several other waters.
You may still have a runoff issue on some of the rivers like the Madison below Quake Lake at early to mid June, and some of the lakes may still be a little slow.
July and August can be a little warm but you will have a few more options, like the Gulpers on Hebgen Lake, Golden Stones and Hoppers on the Madison or most any river for that matter, the famed pmd, Flav and/or Green Drake hatches on the Henry's fork.
My personal choice would be the Fall time frame though, not near the people and the fish can really put on the feed bag in late October.
