Most leaning post are going to be expensive for a Jon boat. The small one in this picture might work for you but it is $329. I think a bass boat seat like in the bottom picture would work for you and be a lot cheaper. It gives you a place to lean and a place to sit. a pedestal that has air lift would be handy so you can adjust the height for sitting or leaning. You would have to add a pedestal receiver on the boat floor and you can remove the pedestal if you don't want it. You can also try
