Hi, I currently use a lumbar pack with a shoulder harness. There is room for food, water bottles, fly boxes and other items. It works great for me, especially when going on all day trips. I previously used a waist pack, but found it very hard on my back! The shoulder harness seems to make a world of difference for me and I don't wade past my hips so it stays dry.
