Default Re: most fished river

You all know this, but my favorite and most often fished here in Nevada is the Truckee (toughee) River. What I love about it is I live 20 minutes from the water, you can go from pan size rainbow to monster browns on any cast. Teh river covers about 120 miles (Tahoe to Pyramid) there are technical spots, easy spots, accessible spots, 4wd and hike in spots, trophy spots, and lots of spots where if you 4wd or hike a little you won't see another angler even on "open" fishing day. Oh yeah, and this time of year, even the most accessible spots are pretty much wide open, cause there are only a few of us winter fly fishing nuts around
