I don't have a pacemaker and don't know anyone who does, but from what I've heard, having a pacemaker implanted does not mean one is infirm. They are mainly used to help regulate an irregular heartbeat, which does not mean the user is an invalid, and from what I understand a user can have a pretty active lifestyle with one. Don't see anything here that would hamper someone having one who likes to flyfish. Flyfishing may be more strenuous than golf, but it's hardly marathon running . . .
On the whole, I'd rather be in Wyoming . . .
