Sure looks like a White Cat to me due to the shallow forked tail, the rounded anal fin and the anal fin doesn't seem to have over 23 rays in it. if it does have 24-29 anal fin rays it's a channel. Also your pic seems to show a squat looking fish which says White with the Channels being a bit more elongated and the Blues the longest. Also look at the jaw if upper and lower nearly are even it's a white, with the channel having an overbite, the blue more of an overbit and the flathead a bad underbite.

I again tried to count the anal fin rays and this time get a Channel Cat. Need a better magnifying glass!
