Brings back memories. Grew up fishing storm drains. Except ours drained into a large sand pit called a sump. Most had goldfish and carp in them but one had largemouth bass. A local tournament fisherman had self stocked it for his personal honey hole. My buddy made the front page of the paper when he hooked a body in the sump. Turned out to be the victim of a car crash that was never recovered from the scene. Only thing I didn't like about fishing the dumps were the water rats. See you hook a goldfish and swim right over to investigate. Creepy!
