Default understanding weather service data

i was leaving for a 4 day trip to north central montana monday(tommorow), and the weather in the area dropped 10 degrees, its snowing now, and wind picked up to 15-20 mph.. i didnt make reservations yet just becouse of this possibility.. the cold doesnt bother me,, but the wind does.. at what point does flyfishing in the wind become too difficult for a decent trip?.. i know whattoo much is on the water, but i dont now what it is in weather service terminology.. what would you guys say is to much wind for fly fishing (average caster)in miles per hour?? (i know, if i can get the wind behind me i can roll cast wonderfully, but i have not been to the area yet).. thanks dave..
