Hey Ricky...I guess no one has been there. It looks like that's a fairly low elevation res so it'll be warmish and the fish will likely be deep. I'd fish it from a tube, towing a bugger or streamer with a nymph/scud/midge dropper and I'd be changing flies and depths til I found something willing to eat.

It looks like there's water coming in thru a tube and power plant. If that's right and there's oxygenated cooler water in that arm, I'd go there first and toss the same stuff at them that's working for you in the valley tailwaters...sorry if this is too late to help...hoppers/beetles/ants might be the ticket this time of year too for a surface bite. -Mike
