It looks like there's water coming in thru a tube and power plant. If that's right and there's oxygenated cooler water in that arm, I'd go there first and toss the same stuff at them that's working for you in the valley tailwaters...sorry if this is too late to help...hoppers/beetles/ants might be the ticket this time of year too for a surface bite.
Hey Mike you are correct about the water coming in. Thats actually where I always fished before bouncing worms off the bottom alot of little browns there in the 6 inch range. I'm not sure of the depth of the lake maybe by this fall I'll have a float tube and can get out and try it when hopefully the waters a little colder.
