The Hornberg is one of those special flies that can go both ways -- er, fish successfully Wet and Dry. It's like a muddler in that sense. You can ever fish it Dry and Wet in the same drift! Cast it upstream along a brushy bank as a general attractor fly the as it drift beyond you pull it underwater and let it swing out in the current. Fun fly to fish!
