By all accounts, there was a huge run of kings yesterday - 100's - but water is below minimum flows so many were skating through very skinny water.

couple that with shoulder to should snaggers, and you've got a recipe for disaster...
Don't go to pulaski for salmon - unless you're gonna buy a DSR pass. ALl the public stretches are rife with snaggers.

Wait for the salmon run to finish and go for steelhead in late oct through the winter
