Default Re: WF or DT on your small creek rods?

After reviewing this thread, I'm going to buy a DT line for my next 4 wt. line. I need to replace Rio Gold 4 wt. line, as it is shot. I really need to give DT a try, not only for the type of fishing I do with it, which is less than 40 ft of fly line out most of the time, but also for the fact that I'm tired of dropping so much money on fly lines. When I think of how many reels and spools I have and all the lines.... it's a lot of coin. If I can double my usage of my smaller line weight lines, I'm all for it. The 4 wt. will be my test run.

For those of you that do use DT lines, when you "flip" them to the next side, do you have coiling issues?

Cheers,
Mike.
