I was tying something similar last year. Almost identical setup, but with gray marabou tail (arctic fox looks nice!), cone head, and with grizzly soft hackle. Dub on mine was UV ice dub.
The only real difference structurally is a thin strip of squirrel or rabbit strip tied over the dubbing and hackle (secure at tail with wire, then finish over the hackle at the head, dubbing collar cleans it up). I should probably tie up a few, it worked very well on Boulder Creek.
