Default Re: Severe electrical event

Well I think I finally have everything fixed the lightning wrecked. I was hit in the chimney for the furnace. The top was gone, and I mean gone. There was no trace of it to be found. Not on the roof, not in the yard. Where it departed, there was a piece of metal shaped like an arrowhead, about the right size too. It was peeled back at an angle I assume pointing in the direction the top left at what must have been a serious rate of speed. So now I have a new furnace and a new chimney and it cost about enough for a really good two hander, reel and all. Dang lightning! I need to do something to stop this getting hit problem. I think three times is more than enough.
