Default Re: Your favorite species of fish to catch on a fly rod?

For me its the one's that are still on the bucket list.

Its all about the romance of the 'uncaught fish', combined with its ability to thrash gear and angler alike. Any fish that can seriously injure the angler deserves respect and adds to the adventure!

Still on the list:
musky
tarpon
permit
a bigger bonefish
a bigger pike
a bigger barracuda
any kind of shark
wiper
striper
grouper
giant trevally
