Well, the steelhead season in Michigan has been touch and go so far from the reports and our experiences. I guess that is typical when fishing for any species, lol.
Soon, the trout opener will be here, one of my favorite times of the year. I hope to have MANY reports this year since I am going to do my best to get out as much as possible.
I tied quite a few different patterns this winter in anticipation since I have the month of January off every year. Bring on the fish!
