Great fish JP.
I actually gained a great deal of respect for the Chub after watching a show recently about them. In fact I sent JP a PM mentioning it to him as he is the resident Chub Master.
Chub as big as the one JP has there are not common and they are hard to catch. Seriously, a 5 pound Chub the way the show made it sound was like the Holy Grail of Chub fishing.

I should also say that in that same show, they caught Dace, which when small are almost identical to Chub. There is a way using one of the fins. One curves in, the other out.
