I should also say that in that same show, they caught Dace, which when small are almost identical to Chub. There is a way using one of the fins. One curves in, the other out.
You're too kind Dandace are even more exciting to fish than chub...they're smaller but very selective ...haven't caught or seen one for a while still too cold...will post some pics after dinner you'll see the differences
