The East Br, & W.Br. are great too. Yes, the other side of the trout world from the Carmens and Connetquot. I have not examined the cassette reel but if it features the same drag system as the U DD I'm sure it would be fine. I for one tie a Bimini Twist large loop in my backing, wind the line onto a plastic spool and loop on a different line if I am using the reel on more than one rod. On the other hand, I have lots of reels, many dedicated to an individual rod. I have caught brook trout in the upper reaches of the Carmens and love it. Those big wild Delaware fish get you going though.
