I found the Orvis Safe Passage Wader Bag pretty minimal for space. If you're amenable to going a little higher in price, you might want to take a look at the Fishpond Saddlehorn. It has a capacious wet gear segregated compartment plus plenty of other space, and the best thing is that it's got wheels and a handle, which make it much more comfortable transporting through an airport.
