Fishing that time of year your pretty limited to fishing tailwaters in the Rockies. The San Juan offers excellent fishing and is about an hours drive from Durango, CO and it has an airport and you would have access to all of the local restaurants/bars in town. The Big Horn also offers excelent fishing and Ft Smith, MT has multi-room cabins for rent, not sure if you will find something for 15 though and the night life will definitely be limited. The Green River below Flaming Gorge Reservoir offers excellent fishing and Red Canyon Lodge has multi-room cabins, not sure if they are open that early though and the restaurants/bars in Dutch John are pretty limited, but you could either drive north to Rocks Springs, WY or south to Vernal, UT, I think it is approximately 45 minutes either direction. The Frying Pan/Roaring Fork would also be a good choice that time of year and you are in the vicinity of Basalt/Aspen/Carbondale/Glenwood Springs, CO so there are plenty of restaurants/bars as well as housing opportunities.
