I Don't use neoprene waders anymore when I had leaks that's what I did:
hang your waders so that the sole can touch the ground (outside is betterfill one leg with a water hose a little above the knee( most of the leaks are there) mark them with a permanent marker,empty them and do the same with the other leg, let them dry and repair with Aquasure.Don't fill the two legs at the same timeHope it can help.
