Lichens are cool! Beautiful shots Ard.

My In-Laws were fortunate enough to see the cloud cover clear away from Mt McKinley the day they toured Denali.

I had no idea it was such a rare event each season

I'm happy to post the pictures and even more so that they look good to everyone.

Stan,

Remember, the sun is shining somewhere here (usually) you just have to be in the right place at the right time I've been fortunate this year by being out on some great days. I've also weathered the rains like everyone else and most days feel a little clammy when I get back to camp or home.

Fysh,

The view is not often so good as the shot taken from the river. I usually don't see them until I'm well above the Kihiltna River but this day they were out.

Everyone else

I'm always glad to hear that you guys enjoy seeing the sights that I enjoy so often. I'm much better at taking pictures of things that don't flop around while I try to focus

Hey Guys,

We are getting ready for a trip, a vacation of sorts and provided the weather gives a break (few & far between this season) there will be many a good photo to share. I'll even post a couple fish if that part works out
