For you guys that do your own meats and need seasonings there is a company down in Oxford, Arkansas that sells fresh spices wholesale. He'll ship it to ya via UPS on a credit card. Even butcher supplies. He sells to all the big camps in the Sierras and all the processing plants oh yes and even Ceasars Palace. It's called Townsend Supplies. Directory assistance can give ya the number. John Hatfield is the guys name. He may even email ya a price list. I've got 3 fat hogs to do for the next three weekends so i'll be going down for seasonings and casings. You guys will thanks me for this. I forgot to mention cheap. I buy the stuff by the pound and keep it in the freezer. The sausage stuff in made up into kits. I'm sure David has heard of this place. Good luck

Wow! I've never tried salmon sausage before either but man those look good. Ive got to agree with casey, I want to try that!
