Sad news indeed...we had a very dry summer here...we were waiting for some rain...it's been raining since yesterday...it was high time.Hope we won't have a deluge in october like last year...

Snow! Ohh no. That's a bad sign for me. We seem to get all of your cruddy weather here too. The only difference is that it's even cruddier when it does make it's way to here. (The closest thing to a frozen blue smiley we have)

Interesting to follow this thread. We're still getting hot dry weather (high 80's to mid-90's) and not a drop of rain in the 10 day forecast. And rain we really need to help quell all the forest fires. If I got it right there's something like 60 going at the moment.
