flyguy66 hit the nail on the head. The only club I have been/ am in is a motorcycle club. Guys who want to win races, run pits for the races, and make sure that any club member who breaks down in the middle of the desert is returned to camp.
Other than that I am not a joiner. Fishing is not something to do with 225 people. Sure, having a group who can give advice and insight to each other is fine. You need a mission statement and guys who agree to that mission. My 2 cents.
