Default Nothing but Muddy Rivers in Georgia

It looks like the fishing will be very slow do to swollen and muddy Rivers..... oh well it gives us anglers time to tie flies or check out our equipment! Heavy rains have messed up pretty every stream here in Georgia, upper mountain streams will be almost the only places to fish untill water subsides! I hope the western states are more fishable but I know the snow hasn't started their melt because of the colder temps. We've been able to stock up on lures for the warm water rivers and for trout as well with flies. Fuel seems to be a big problem all over do to the fighting in the sandy area's of the world ..........thank God I have orr power! Tight Lines to all the good folks on the forum!

Lambster: Don't feel bad, everything around here is still frozen solid except for the tailwaters.

That's what I was going to say. I haven't been fishing in five months.

I'm in Georgia too, and I was hoping against hope that we would get a little clear weather this week.

Alas, nothing but dreary days, and thunderstorms at night. I may go down to the Hooch anyway, just to see what things are looking like.
