Thanks guys! This was my first time steelhead fishing and it wont be my last (although I am not going to do it again until later this year). Salmon season opens up on the 24th, I think I might try that again this year.

Sasha: Great fishing report and the beautiful photos of both the stream and the fish were great! Thanks for sharing!

Man, there are very few things from Cali. I miss after living there 30+ years of my life. The biggest is steelhead. Seeing all these fish is make`in me want to go to Idaho. What river are you fish`in and how far is it from cental Wy? Those are some great pic`s. I dont see THAT many trout that large here in the Bighorn. I heard there`s steelies in Idaho but I got no clue where to go or how long they stay. By the way, whats LDRing?

Peregrines: Love to view your photos but I remind you and other members there are many people like me (with no choices) that are on dial up. Taking the afternoon off to load is not an option so could you make your photos smaller and not as big as an outdoor movie screen?
