If you don't mind sharing (and I don't blame you if do), what river in Southeastern Idaho has brookies?

Ouch, now it gets personal Just kidding, but, this is one stream I won't tell about. There are other streams with brookies, the best one I know of is Birch Creek towards Salmon, ID, and another that holds a good population and some the size I show in the pics - Big Lost River near Mackay, ID.

First of the day.

Between 2 of us we caught north of 40 brookies in around 3 hours.

Wow! Those Big Boys are hard to beat. But, nothing can beat the appetite this little guy had. This brookie was about 9 inches long (or so) and the sculpin I pulled from his throat was about half that long. How he managed to eat my size 14 sparkle dun is still a mystery.
