This is the only brookie I landed this year (so far). I lost a bigger brookie a few weeks ago when I tried to turn her so she wouldn't go under my boats drift sock. Sorry the first pic is a little blurry.

If I only caught one brookie a year and it was 16" long...

Congratulations Pab1, a very nice fish.

My son caught this one on an ultra-light spinning set-up. Hope you guys don't mind me posting it since its not a fly catch. He always rubs it in since I have never caught a brookie this big. This is the first brookie he ever caught!

Its my last day of vacation and after a great day fishing the weather made a sudden change and the bite stopped. After a couple hours of nothing I caught this brookie. I caught one last year that was a little longer but this is the heaviest brookie I have ever caught. This is probably my last fish of the year.

Fished a little in Maine while on a hunt. A guy could get used to brookies like this.
