Default Multi flie Hatches what to do!

Sometimes we see just one bug hatching but today we had three at one time! A tan Caddis came off then Sulphurs and BWO's, they were not thick but the trout hit as soon as the bugs hit the surface...... now the only thing I could think to do was tie a Caddis on and then tie on a trailer with a Sulphur and seem to work good if you could tell what bug was going to land in the seam....... tough sometimes but we caught trout!

Lambster: Good to see you figured things out and were able to hook into some of those risers!

Lambster,

When I fished PA. spring creeks there were often multiple hatches. I always used a #20 Blue Quill with mallard quill wings. It never failed, and I do mean that, never. Try it you'll like it.

Thank you Hardyreels

I don't use alot of double sets but just now exsperimenting with more combinations of flies to produce more fish in which is working pretty good! These fish would head to the edges of the banks and hide under the tree's where I could see them rise...... toss a few nice casts that would produce a fish! Lambster
