Default First of the Season

It's been real slow in my neck of the woods with water temps in the high 30's and Santa Ana winds blowing at 60mph. Still, managed to get in some creek time. Not productive in quality, but time spent on the water is rarely wasted.

Man Creeker,

You still have plants and some bushes with green on them! I just finished (yesterday) cleaning our drive way which is more like a road after another 8" snowfall. I'm running out of places to push snow and there is a blizzard warning over on the other side of the Inlet for tonight. here we are warned of winds at 35 - 55 mph with gusts up to 80 mph beginning at midnight tonight.........................That will go great with the 3' of powder that is on the ground with heavy snow still stuck to all the trees. the stuff in the trees will get the show started and then the ground cover will start to move around. The way our home is situated and the prevailing winds always contribute to snow drifts that build right in the front of the house. Of course that, the front door is our main entry way from the drive and parking area.

Green stuff and sunshine, jeez! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, nice pictures
