Default Drizzling Rainbow

Well this took me a week to get the chance to post but i finially got around to it. Saturday 2/4/2012 i had somethings to do on my day off and with the rain and high water i thought i might as well get this stuff done .Well as i crossed over the creek i looked and and the water was high as we had a 1/2" rain during the night but to my surprise it was fairly clear, well i was wanting to fish so off i went to finish my running and was on the way home by 11am.I came in grab my gear and decided try try a stream down the road that had rainbow and specks in it.I found it clear and full.

I tied on a prince nymph and a zebra midge well in about 5min i had this little one for the first fish of the day.

After that it started to rain and drizzle the rest of my time on the water,i changed to a tungston bead olive hares ear and it worked for two more fish both bows.

Well it started to rain harder and i had lost my TBOHE so i changed to a PT Nymph and caught this bow.

A little farther upstream i finially caught this speck and decided that it had been a decent drizzly day and went to have a steak and beer.

Shannon,

You are so fortunate to have these places where you can go and touch such things as those jewels. Beautiful place and fishes,

Ard

Those are beautiful bows, nothing like the stockers the AZGFD puts in around here. Granted, there are a few streambred trout in certain creeks I am not at liberty to name . I assume those fish are streambred, and you did a good job.
