Default My First Guide trip

Hey all, I just had my first guide trip for trout, and fly fishing in general.
I went with Dan from The Reel Life, a fly shop in santa fe new mexico. We fished the Pecos river, and while I lost the only decent 18-20 inch fish of the trip I did catch a bunch of 8-12 inch fish and had a blast. But more importantly I learned A TON. being a fully self taught fisherman it was an amazing experience to pick the brain as talented as Dan.

And here is what yall are waiting for the pictures.

Not sure what you did wrong trying to upload those photos. When I click the link it just goes to the gmail home page. If you tried to load them from an email it won't work. You need to save the attachments to your computer as jpeg files and then either upload them to you members gallery or a photo bucket account. From there you can post the links to your thread and have the photos display.

Congrats on a great outing and nice photos! I am a firm believer that a good guide is worth his or her weight in gold--no matter how long you've been at it. Each time I've taken one out I have left the stream with a plethora of information ranging from technique, fly tying, stream information.
