Default First fish on fly I tied

I have been fishing a lot of midges lately. I thought to myself, these shouldn't be very hard to tie. Well, I have some tying equipment that I have never used, so today I got it out and tied up a couple of midges. I made some similar to a cream miracle midge and zebra midge, with different color variations. I went out this afternoon, and lo and behold, I caught a few fish on the cream colored ones. here are the pictures.

Awesome, nothing beats the feeling of catching a fish on a fly you tied!

Congrats on your recent trip, those are some nice looking fish Landing fish on a fly I tied was one of the most rewarding fly fishing events I'd experienced until I gave some away to some buds and watched them land fish.

Nice ties, stick with it.
