Default Surprise!

Went down to the local stream, see if I could catch a couple of natives. Saw this and realized I would probably be seeing something other than trout.

Ard this stream has many deep pools and several waterfalls . You would think I could find a little cold water. 70 ws the best my thermometer would show and that's at a pool near a falls. It's cooling down a bit this week and we have rain so hopefully soon.
Most of the streams here have good populations of smallies to at least make a day of it and you cant beat the scenery.
