look for fish, then cast

wait 1 minute (count 60 seconds...) before recasting at a fish you just missed

Chill out. Have a smoke

change depth before changing the fly

eat lunch, drink water. Thirst and hunger leads to slow reaction times

cheap waders leak within a week

piercing your ear doesn't hurt, removing the barbed hook kind of does

wishing won't make your girlfriend like fishing

don't tell anyone where you caught a personal best

On November 6, Colorado became the first state to legalize marijuana for recreational use. Does not become effective until January 2014 to give the State Revenue Department time to establish guidelines. Local jurisdictions can prevent sale within their boundaries. Law does not limit purchase to Colorado residents. Still illegal under federal law, so no one knows yet how that will play out.
