St. Croix Ultra Legend, if they're still making it. If not, I'd look at its replacement.

Ill check all these out. There are two fly shops close by that I will head to. I think I am going to skip over any Sage suggestions though. I have a Flight and it is a great rod but damn, is it ever stiff. I had to put Rio Grand line on it to slow it down a little.

Super stiff rods dont exactly agree with my casting style. From everything I see, Sage really doesnt build a slower rod. Will this be different in a longer, heavier rod?
