Cool Kayak Fly Fishing for Trout/Kokanee

For Labor Day weekend, Kerri and I loaded up the kayaks and headed to Southern CO. A small town with a nice 1,000 acre reservoir that was home to many of feisty fish who we eager to play. Over the few days there, we spent a lot of time on the water and caught mostly Rainbow trout, but we did manage a handful of Kokanee salmon, Brown trout, and even a surprise small Lake trout. Another great weekend on the water!

Looks like a great outing. What model kayak are you using? I'm in the market for one, but not sure what to get.

I have had an Ocean Kayak Trident 11 for about 4 years now. I love it!
