Default High Mountain Brookie

Went and hit a local mountain stream this weekend. Here's the only pic I took. The biggest fish of the day:

Beauty! What mountains were you in? Were you in the Flat Tops?

Nice. Fishing brookies in a secluded mountain stream with an ultralight rod is hard to beat. My "happy place" (pic below) is one of those brookie streams that makes it impossible not to love brookies.

That stream looks beautiful.

We were a little closer to town than the Flat Tops... Though I love fishing up there.

Out towards the boat?! Have family in Steamboat and just started fly fishing, normally take a yearly trip out there and would love to take the fly gear with me.
