The replacements is a moldable tungsten powder putty. Hairline Tungsten Tack Weight, Loon Outdoors Deep Soft Sink Weight, Orvis HM Sink Putty, and MoJo Mud are some brands. The Hareline product is very popular.

I've tried quite a few tungsten putty products. They seem to come in a variety of formulas -- some softer and sticky and others stiffer. Which you like will depend on personal preference and weather and water conditions you fish. I like the Hareline putty for most of my trout fishing, but also like MoJo Mud. The Hairline putty is fairly stiff and works well when temps are 50 degrees or higher. The MoJo Mud is quite a bit softer and works better in colder weather. I carry both and use one of the other or a mixture depending on weather.
