Trout Fly Patterns for SW Pa?

Hey,

I have been fly fishing for steelhead for a half a dozen years now, and I am hoping to get on the streams for trout this year. I usually fish lakes for trout, but I love fly fishing, so I plan on getting up to Loyalhanna. I have very little knowledge on the proper flies for the spring, so if someone can provide some solid flies and when they would be useful, I would appreciate it. I am used to using minnow streamers, eggs, and wooly bugs for steelhead. Many thanks, and tight lines for this opening season.
