This is the third (that I've noticed) item that you've posted about, all from the same dealstudio site.
Me thinks that you're just trying to generate sales

I'd pass on that one. Zero ankle support for wading where the river rocks are going to twist and turn your foot. Just one mans opinion cause I know some are wading in sandals.

I wet waded in my Keen sandels last year on the South Fork, we were passing through on the bikes and I didn't have room for the wading boots. It worked but wasn't very pleasant, sand kept getting in between my feet and the sandels and the lack of ankle support made wading in the fast currents miserable.

Unless you have very strong ankles you will want something with ankle support.

+1 on that!

I was wet wading a freestone stream a few times last week in some no-name slip-ons from WM and both ankles were sore after the second day. Now I'm nursing a pulled muscle where I'd never realized I had a muscle before

I have had good luck with these from NRS. They have a neoprene bootie and best of all they are only 69.00 dollars, they use silicone in the tread so its pretty grippy. I combine them with a set of gaiters for summer trout fishing.
