Congrats man! Beautiful fish, thats for sure. I do love catching brookies for some reason they seem a little more tenacious to me than other species. But Goldens still take first place in my heart

Most Excellent! My first ever fly rod caught fish was a brookie.

Thanks everyone

stl_geoff-
I know that feeling... I fished 3 days in Geaorgia only to drop my first Georgia trout back in the drink before i could snap a shot... From that point forward I now snap the photo before i take the hook out especially when I'm fishing alone.
