It sure is, Ard! I'm definitely a fan of that shot, and jealous of the guys that got to fish that water too. Our chances for doubles like that in my area typically consist of fish in the 8-10" range

Just got back from a Great Brown Trout Fishing Trip...
We had an amazing Caddis Hatch as well we caught a few on size 22 midges.
I hope to post a vid of my buddy and I trying to handle two 22"-plus browns we got on a double. Up until that point, we were netting ech others fish.... not this time.

We brought approx. 18 fish to the net in about 7 hrs of fishing.... it was a great day.

All fish were caught on our 76" Ultimate Dry Fly Leader. More pics to follow

Well, here is what i have been up too. I did a trip over two days, lots of fish caught, but these were my highlights. The very last fish i hooked on the first day was this pig. Personal bested at 24"

I had a goal yesterday of catching a 20" brown. I have caught a lot of big rainbows but so far my biggest brown was 19" (I caught that one on a 3 wt rod which was very exciting). I made my first trip to a local river known for its browns and fished articulated streamers all afternoon/evening with only one hit. There were a lot of smaller fish feeding on the surface but nothing seemed interested in my big streamers. I stuck with it and around 9:20 PM I finally hooked up with a fish. I was rewarded for my persistence with a 22" brown. Now for a 23" brown!

By no means my largest, but by all means my most satisfying, brown trout. All wild fish that come out of a drink of water which averages MAYBE 2-3 ft across, sometimes smaller. Some larger pools, but mainly small water that you can jump across with ease.
