poison sure will take care of things but that will be big job to be done...very big

I agree with the other posters; finding a Brown in Brookie waters is not a good prognosis for the Brookies. Both Browns and Rainbows will quickly out-compete a healthy population of Brookies. As far a purging the water by taking the Brown; that's a temporary solution, but I'm not convinced that it's a lasting one.
